Grupo Empresarial Bambú Restauracion, S.L. is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your data is the execution of a contract (in the case of reservation management) and the consent of the data subject (in the case of contact, subscriptions, or CV submission).

Purpose of processing

Grupo Empresarial Bambú Restauracion, S.L. processes your personal data only for the purpose for which it was collected. Specifically: management of reservations via our integrated booking engines, responding to inquiries, inclusion in the contact agenda, provision of services, management of the commercial relationship, and management of job applications for selection processes.

Data conservation criteria

Data will be kept as long as deletion is not requested or the commercial relationship continues. Curricula Vitae (CVs) will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which they will be destroyed if not updated.

Communication of data

Data will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally obliged. However, for the correct provision of the service, your data may be processed by trusted technology providers (Data Processors), such as reservation management platforms (e.g., SevenRooms, CoverManager) and hosting services, acting under our instructions and security measures.

– Right to request portability of your data.

You may exercise these rights free of charge. If you consider that your rights have not been duly addressed, you may file a claim with the relevant supervisory authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet their request by the provider. The User guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.
